Our service
vehicle is a seven-ton box truck and a traveling
workshop. Equipped with a ten foot long workbench, with
all the necessities like a vice, drill press and arbor
press. We also carry a welder and many other machine
tools. It is our goal to have anything and everything
needed to repair your press. Besides carrying the
obvious - bolts, nuts, snap rings, knobs, o-rings, etc,
we also carry over twelve thousand dollars worth of
Shinohara parts. We cannot carry every part on every
Shinohara, but we do carry the parts that are most often
needed.
Are you in need of rearranging your shop or moving one
piece of equipment? Contact us today! We carry hydraulic
jacks, railroad jacks, steel-wheeled skates and neoprene
wheeled skates. We are not riggers, and cannot move your
shop to a new building, but we can take care of your
smaller needs.
We offer training for your Shinohara press. We do more
than show your pressman the basic operations. We go
through the proper maintenance including going over all
the grease and oil points, and how often to grease them.
Your pressman will learn how to check and adjust the
feeder. They will learn the proper way to set up the feed
board and the register system allowing the press to run
without register problems. They will learn how to check
and adjust the cylinder grippers throughout the press -
including the perfecting cylinder. We also go
through the proper way to pack the plates and blankets.
The proper way to set up and maintain the delivery
unit will be covered. We also inspect the rollers for
wear and then show your operator how to install the
rollers back in the press. We will also go through how
to set the proper roller pressures.
